Website Launch!

My dear friends,

Some of you might have heard me talk to you personally about a project that I started to work a while ago. For those who are not aware, I am building up an online art service organization- Viva Communauté Art.

The objective of this organization is to deliver services to members and artists in local art communities.

Below are some of the essential services that are coordinated for local artists:
  • Finding a studio space availability and booking studio rentals.
I am using existing studio names as examples to demonstrate the functionality of the website. The services will only be launched after obtaining permission from appropriate studio owners and people in authority.
  • Providing appropriate feedback to artists from their relevant audience
The objective of this service is to help understand audience expectations so they can make appropriate changes on future performances and to easily gather positive reviews to display on their promotional material. This service is delivered with consent of artists.
  • Joining hands with local art organizations and organizers to provide customized services to accomplish their goals
This is the first version of my site. I am working on backend developments as we speak to make it meet all the requirements for the above services to be delivered efficiently.

Your Help:

As mentioned earlier, the website needs to be tested under a variety of scenarios. Your help and support would be much appreciated here.

You can fill the Bénévole or Volunteer form in the below link selecting which category that you think you can contribute to VCA organisation.

Please fill out this survey to share your opinion.

Compensation:

The help that you offer won't be completely for free. When VCA services are fully launched and members of the art communities start using the services, the revenue from the services offered are appropriately compensated to the volunteers.

We could also discuss whether you would like your efforts to be credited with money or by receiving an ‘exchange service’ offered by the members of the community. (eg. receiving discounts for dance courses, a ticket discount for an art show, discounts on studio rent rates, etc..)

I am going to be making a list of “exchange services” after discussing with potential members who will be benefiting from services offered and coordinated through VCA.

Your contribution (Large or Small) would be greatly beneficial to the art community.

Cabaret Flamenco - En ligne

The Bernard Villemot poster, originally commissioned by the Spanish government in 1952, has been revisited by graphic designer Kara Lawrence (also known as Kara Miranda when she dances flamenco) to underline the switch to an "Online Cabaret". The red sun represents the "rec" button, which we will be using a lot from now on!
